Users encountered a blank screen when trying to access the help section.<\/p>\n<p>Upon investigation, we traced the issue to our SSL certificate provider. The <strong>Let&#8217;s Encrypt<\/strong> CA authority was being rejected on Android versions 5.1 (Lollipop), 6.0 (Marshmallow), and 7.0-7.1 (Nougat).<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve resolved the issue by switching our SSL certificate authority to <strong>DigiCert<\/strong> and issuing a new SSL certificate for <strong>getsignal.app<\/strong>.
